The Registered National Investor Center Account Opening Associate is a Client Service and Sales support position, fully responsible for servicing and supporting internal and/or external clients primarily through inbound and outbound phone calls and adhering to Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures for Citi’s Investment and/or Banking clients. Position is responsible for providing best in class service on Banking and/or Investment inquiries, and ensuring risk is prudently managed. Focus for this position will be in assisting clients open a new Self-directed account with Citi Personal Wealth Management. Responsibilities: Fully accountable for servicing and supporting Citi’s Investment and/or Banking clients.…
