The Controller serves as the primary operational accounting leader for Hilton New Orleans Riverside and is accountable for the accuracy, integrity, and timely completion of the hotel’s accounting records, financial reporting, and monthly financial close. This is a hands-on leadership position. The Controller prepares and reviews key accounting work while directing the day-to-day execution of the Finance team. Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Controller also coordinates significant portions of budgeting and forecasting, develops detailed financial and variance analyses, supports department leaders, and coordinates capital-accounting, audit, tax, compliance, and special-project responsibilities.
