The Finance & Accounting Manager oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations and finance and serves as the primary contact for human resources. Working closely with the CEO, the Finance & Accounting Manager assists in the preparing of budgets, provides regular financial updates, and serves as a resource to the Finance and Investment Committees of the Board. This position also supports the CEO in ensuring adherence to HR best financial practices and to developing and maintaining a culture reflective of NCF’s values and in support of NCF’s mission. - Lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the CEO; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status.…
