Associate Fund Accountant Hybrid Work Schedule in Livingston, NJ (three days in office per week) Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Some of the things you will be doing: Prepare and maintain accounting records, supporting schedules, and financial reports for assigned clients Process and reconcile cash activity, including recording journal entries and preparing wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Record and reconcile investment activity, such as purchases and sales, and interest accruals/income Prepare and maintain comprehensive workpapers that fully reconcile and support the trial balance Prepare IRS Form 1099 in compliance with regulatory requirements Ensure standard procedures and controls are adhered to Communicate with clients to obtain information, resolve inquiries, and…
