The Accounts Payable Specialist III is responsible for processing vendor invoices, check requests, and expense reports accurately and in accordance with company policy. This role performs monthly account reconciliations, researches and resolves discrepancies, and maintains multiple vendor accounts while ensuring compliance with established procedures. Based on-site at the Carson City office Monday through Thursday and remote on Fridays, the position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment, working independently to resolve routine to moderately complex issues.
