About the Role iCapital is looking to hire an Associate Account Manager to support and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.This individual is responsible for account management and will be based remotely in the Midwest region. This individual will play a key role in maintaining overall client health, driving platform adoption, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring clients maximize the value of iCapital's solutions through proactive engagement, training, and ongoing relationship management.
