Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will play a key role in CLEAR’s financial close and reporting processes, ensuring accurate financial records, strong internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP. You’ll own complex accounting activities, partner across the business to resolve challenges, and drive improvements through automation, AI, and scalable accounting processes. What you'll do: Own key general ledger activities across monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and accountability Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analyses across areas including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, payroll, cash, and investments Partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Operations to resolve complex accounting matters and support…
