The Accounts Receivable Specialist will interact with internal and external clients on a daily basis, submitting invoices to electronic invoice portals, monitoring assigned client accounts and performing collection tasks as needed, analyzing and processing requests in a timely manner with little or no supervision; solving problems and answering questions; assessing situations and initiating a course of action. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate Demonstrates and promotes the company vision Regular attendance and punctuality Research and respond to client requests (internal/external) in a clear, concise, and professional manner Serve as main invoicing contact for all clients using electronic invoicing portals.…
