ServiceNow is seeking a Manager, Technical Accounting, to join our Technical Accounting team in our next phase of growth. This is a high-visibility position that will play an important role in researching and documenting a wide variety of complex technical accounting matters, supporting purchase accounting for an active M&A pipeline, and other related topics. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the Company to support the successful execution of key initiatives within the Finance organization. This role will report to the Director, Technical Accounting, who reports to the Sr. Director, Technical Accounting and M&A. The Sr. Director has responsibility for all technical accounting matters and leads Finance’s M&A process from diligence through integration.…
