‎ We are looking for a customer‑focused Global Operational Key Account Manager (OKAM) to manage the operational relationship with strategic global customers. In this role, you will ensure an outstanding customer experience by overseeing end‑to‑end operational delivery across Air and Sea Logistics, acting as the central operational contact and coordinating closely with internal teams. As a Global OKAM, you will also take a leading role within the account team, ensuring strong collaboration across Network OKAMs, OKAS, and operational stakeholders to support customer retention and growth.
