The Contractor Key Account Manager – West develops, implements, and manages the strategy and relationship with assigned large contractor accounts. Assigned customers primarily have locations in the West Region. The position is part of the ABB Industry, Buildings and Channel (IBC) team, with significant cross-functional responsibilities. As the point person for the ABB relationship within those organizations, the key account manager is responsible for growing share of wallet, profitability, and elevating customer satisfaction. Coordinates executive relationships within the key accounts, sets goals, tracks pipeline, organizes sales activities, monitors current projects, and manages the resolution of the key customer challenges.…
