How you create impact You will serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers, coordinating closely with internal operations and sales teams to deliver consistent service and support complex healthcare logistics needs. You will manage multiple priorities, monitor active shipments, identify potential issues, and take ownership of customer communication and escalation. Manage and maintain relationships with assigned Cell and Gene Therapy customers Oversee the operational and customer service aspects of key accounts Support cold-chain packaging orders and other temperature-sensitive healthcare shipments Monitor time-critical shipments, including Next Flight Out, charter, and onboard courier movements Maintain awareness of live shipments and provide timely customer updates Monitor and…
