WHAT YOU’LL DO - Manage end-to-end accounting close - Support the Accounting Lead with month close procedures globally - Prepare supporting documentation and reconciliations including but not limited to cash, prepaids, fixed assets, other assets, payroll, and accruals - Help to implement close management software - Perform initial review for accuracy and completeness of expenses including developing a robust accrual process - Liaise with FP&A in the preparation of the monthly reporting package including period-over-period analysis - Perform daily ad hoc accounting tasks - Assist with review of vendor bills, corporate credit cards, and employee reimbursements - Manage cash application daily and monitor global balances - Improve collections by building robust automated processes - Coordinate…
