Sr. Accountant, DC Construction - Project Accounting

The Senior Project Accountant is the hands-on owner of the day-to-day accounting for capital cost on our data center build program. You will maintain the record of capital activity as it lands, prepare the entries that move cost through CIP toward capitalization, and own the reconciliations and supporting schedules that stand behind the construction in progress balance. This is a deep, detail-oriented role for someone who wants to be the person who knows every open item on their projects. You will prepare the monthly accrual and cost-to-complete schedules, support project setup and cost coding, and prepare the analysis that supports the in-service and useful life decisions made by the manager. You will work closely with teams across accounting, finance, construction and operations.…
