As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will own a territory of Mid-Market clients and grow it by generating new business, not by waiting on renewals. You run a consultative, problem-first motion at velocity: opening with sharp, quantified discovery, building urgency around the cost of inaction, and asking for the business with a clear, time-bound close. You work the entire territory — including the long tail of smaller accounts with potential, maintaining real operating discipline, keeping pipeline coverage and CRM hygiene current every week.
