ROLE SUMMARY We are a high-growth, private, consumption-based software company seeking a Vice President, Global Controller to build and lead our accounting, tax, treasury, and procurement functions. This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on financial leader to own the full accounting and operating infrastructure of a scaling business, partner closely with the CFO and executive team, and help architect the systems, controls, and international footprint needed to support the company's next phase of growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own all aspects of global accounting operations, including the monthly and quarterly close, consolidations, technical accounting (including usage-based/consumption revenue recognition under ASC 606), and financial reporting.…
