About the Role iCapital is looking to hire a SEC Reporting Specialist to join a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment on the Fund Finance Central Services Audit team. This role is an integral part of our team and is responsible for the oversight of all SEC reporting requirements and financial disclosures. This position will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our financial reporting controls and will work closely with the Fund Finance team, external senior leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of all SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other public disclosures for various clients.…
