ACCOUNTANT, AI OPERATIONS Play a key role in standing up and running SpaceX’s commercial infrastructure by owning order-to-cash collections across Grok API usage, subscriptions, and enterprise agreements. You will run the live receivables book, build scalable playbooks and workflows, partner cross-functionally to collect what is owed while preserving customer relationships, and help construct the systems the next generation of products will run on. The ideal candidate treats every interaction as a customer service moment, follows (and improves) established processes, flags issues early, and takes initiative to automate, coach, and drive results.…
