The Finance Manager/ Client Portfolio Controller North America is accountable for financial performance, control, and cash outcomes across a defined portfolio of clients and projects within North America. This role ensures that client growth is delivered profitably, as sold, and with strong billing and working-capital discipline. Acting as the primary finance partner to Account Executives, CST Leads, and Delivery teams, this role leads Project Controllers, Accountants, and Billers to embed financial discipline into delivery. Role accountabilities: Own financial performance across the assigned client portfolio, including revenue, margin, backlog, cash (DRO), and cost outcomes. Ensure projects are delivered in line with “As Sold” commercial assumptions, escalating risks and deviations early.…
