As a member of the COO Learning & Development (L&D) Team, the Senior Training Consultant consults with all levels of management to translate business requirements into learning and development strategy. Also ensures that learning and development interventions are aligned with the needs of the Business Unit and Northern Trust. A Senior Consultant is required to lead as well as work collaboratively with Training Consultants defining learning solutions that support the functional requirements. This role assists management in the development, implementation and maintenance of programs and curriculums that support management and development. Delivers and/or oversees the delivery of a wide range of learning and performance support solutions, likely to be highly visible and complex in nature.…
