ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and process-minded Manager, Accounting to join our Accounting team! This role bridges core accounting with continuous process modernization. You will play a key role in the Accounting and Finance department during a dynamic period of process transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for both core accounting and driving finance transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, control automation, and reporting quality. You will identify and implement automation, leverage AI, and eliminate manual workflows - all while ensuring strong internal controls, high reporting quality, and close alignment with cross-functional partners and offshore teams.…
