About this job
As an M&A and Accounting Policy Manager on Coinbase's Accounting team, you'll serve as the primary accounting resource across the full M&A and investment transaction lifecycle - from financial due diligence and purchase accounting through post-close integration. Reporting to the Director of Reporting and Technical Accounting Policy, you'll also evolve Coinbase's accounting policies across new and emerging business activities, applying deep US GAAP expertise in partnership with Legal, Corporate Development, Tax, and Controllership. What you'll do: Lead financial due diligence on target companies, including quality of earnings analysis, working capital assessments, and identification of accounting exposures and deal-relevant risks Own end-to-end purchase accounting for completed acquisitions…
