About this job
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. What You’ll Do Research, analyze, and document technical accounting issues and memos and prepare calculations to support accounting conclusions and facilitate external audit reviews in accordance with US GAAP, including but not limited to ASC 718 (Stock-Based Compensation), ASC 350-40 (Capitalized Software), ASC 340 (Capitalized Commissions), ASC 805 (Business Combinations), ASC 842 (Leases), and ASC 480 (Debt & Equity). Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, and lead implementation of significant changes.…
