The Role As part of the local Critical Operations Team, Critical Operations Technicians (COT) ensure the data center is operating smoothly and efficiently 24/7/365, with no downtime of critical services. Critical Operations Technicians are responsible for the inspection, operation and maintenance of all equipment associated with the data center. They are expected to be technically strong with great troubleshooting abilities and a desire to learn and work in a demanding yet rewarding team environment. The Critical Operations Team's on-site presence is organized in a 24/7 shift schedule, ensuring coverage at all hours of the day, year-round.
