The Position In a global, cross-functional environment, the System Development (SD) department within R&D is responsible for workflow optimization and successfully integrating hardware, software, consumables, and reagents to perform the system verification of diagnostics instruments. As a Development Engineer, you will work as a cross-functional team on automating and tooling to maintain and further develop launched complex diagnostic systems. In this position, you will be responsible for the following areas: Elaborating on (Cobots-)Robotics concepts within a laboratory environment towards our vision of a dark lab by fully automating laboratory operations and workflows. Programming, testing, and maintaining of newly created and existing automated solutions within our laboratories.…
