Deine Rolle Als Lead Zeichner Architektur bist du nicht nur ein erfahrener Profi, sondern auch ein Coach und Mentor für unsere jungen Talente. Du unterstützt sie bei der Entwicklung ihrer Fähigkeiten, gibst dein Wissen weiter und stellst sicher, dass unsere Projekte auf höchstem Niveau umgesetzt werden. Selber agierst du als Zeichner:in auf komplexen und aussergewöhnlichen Immobilienprojekten. Gerne zählen wir ein paar Jahre auf dich in dieser Funktion und bereiten in dieser Zeit deine konkrete interne Weiterentwicklung in die Bauprojektleitung, Bauleitung oder in einen anderen spannenden Bereich vor mit Finanzierung einer Weiterbildung.…
