The Position The Opportunity You will support MSAT process performance with the following tasks. Analytical Method Comparability: Determine and validate the repeatability of a DMAc peroxide concentration dilution series using NMR. Oxidation Impact Study: Analyze existing study data to design an experimental plan and assist in executing the scale-down model to assess methionine 255 oxidation under Kadcyla manufacturing conditions. QC Method Transfer: Apply findings from the oxidation study to define a formal peroxide threshold, and support the transfer to Quality Control. Final Handover: Provide comprehensive study plans, final reports, and SOP-compliant documentation covering the entire DMAc peroxide evaluation.…
