Your area of responsibility As our Rewards Partner, you will own the design, delivery and integrity of our compensation processes, from the annual review cycle to long-term incentive administration. You will be hands-on and cover the full scope yourself, while working closely with the whole People & Culture team, Finance and senior management. You will also be the go-to person for managers on pay questions. This is a part-time position (40–50%) with a flexible working pattern. We expect higher availability during peak periods such as the annual compensation review. Annual compensation review and benchmarking Lead the end-to-end annual compensation review cycle: planning, timeline management, approvals, and implementation of salary and bonus outcomes in the HRIS.…
