Deine Aufgaben Als Head of Product (m/w/x) leitest du die gesamte Product-Organisation bei Bring! Labs, einschliesslich Product Management, UX Research, UX Design und Customer Support. In dieser Rolle berichtest du direkt an den CTO und bist Teil des Leadership Teams. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Produktstrategie, Organisation und Umsetzung die Unternehmensziele optimal unterstützen. Dabei handelt es sich in erster Linie um eine Führungsfunktion. Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit, die Klarheit schafft, Verantwortung fördert und leistungsstarke Teams weiterentwickelt. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Steuerung strategischer, bereichsübergreifender Initiativen und sorgst für deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung über mehrere Teams hinweg.…
