Die Stiftung Jugendnetzwerk betreibt verschiedene Einrichtungen im Bereich der Kinder-, Jugend- und Familienhilfe: Familienaktivierung, Start-Life Jugendwohnen, Wohngruppen. In unserer Zentrale in Zürich-Wiedikon sorgen die Mitarbeitenden der Zentralen Dienste für strukturierte Abläufe in Administration, Personal, Finanzen etc. Per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir dich als HR-Generalist*in (50 %) Hier kannst du mit deinem HR-Know-how etwas bewegen: In dieser neu geschaffenen Stelle bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere rund 125 Mitarbeitenden, verantwortest die gesamte Personaladministration (ohne Lohn) und entwickelst gemeinsam mit der Leitung Zentrale Dienste unsere HR-Prozesse und -Strukturen weiter.…
