The Role The Head of Go-to-Market will report directly to the CEO and sit within Flexion’s leadership team. The role will combine hands-on commercial execution with responsibility for building the company’s first repeatable GTM model. Convert early commercial traction into scaled revenue: Lead Flexion’s most important OEM and enterprise relationships, progressing POCs and demonstration agreements into meaningful multi-year commercial contracts. Shape the commercial model: Work with the founders and leadership to determine how Flexion should package, price and monetise its technology across software licensing, engagement fees and emerging platform capabilities.…
