Participate in the daily planning and organization of Housekeeping activities. Coordinate and allocate tasks to room attendants and house porters according to operational priorities. Monitor the quality of room, public area and floor office cleaning in line with hotel standards. Conduct room inspections and follow up on any necessary corrective actions. Monitor rooms due for arrival, departure and stay-over to ensure timely room readiness. Handle guest requests and specific situations with professionalism and responsiveness. Assist with inventory management, supplies and equipment replenishment, in compliance with internal procedures.…
