Als Project Leader übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der schnellen und zielgerichteten Entwicklung innovativer Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) für Batterie- und Automotive-Anwendungen. Im Fokus stehen insbesondere thermisch leitfähige Klebstoffe (Thermal Conductive Adhesives) und Gap Filler. Sie übersetzen anspruchsvolle Kundenanforderungen in kürzester Zeit in konkrete Materialkonzepte und Prototypen und begleiten deren Entwicklung bis zur erfolgreichen Bemusterung beim Kunden. Dabei koordinieren Sie interdisziplinäre Entwicklungsaktivitäten und sorgen dafür, dass aus Kundenanforderungen schnell marktfähige Lösungen entstehen.…
