The Opportunity Critical senior leadership role in the Pharma Technical (PT) Global Learning Hub, responsible for driving network-wide adoption of Learning solutions based on business needs. Also responsible for PT wide, strategic learning topics, like the transition from our legacy based Read & Understand approach to Competency Based Learning. This position has the direct leadership and operational execution of the PT Learning Business Partners (LBPs) and Learning Experience Architects, and directly partners with the most senior leaders across PT on strategic learning topics.
