Together with other HR Operations professionals, in close cooperation with People Advisors and other HR colleagues, you will be mainly supporting our legal entities in Switzerland, with location in Zurich, Ticino (Bioggio) and Geneva, but also involved in HR administration tasks for other European countries. We offer a temporary position of 9 months. Your key tasks Support in the management of HR administration tasks related to the full life cycle of the employee (from on-boarding to off-boarding, including work permit management, family allowance requests, etc.) Preparation of employee related documentation (e.g. contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, work confirmations) Management of employee data in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM system including electronic employee files…
