The Opportunity We build robots that inspect industrial plants completely autonomously. Internally, our operations are much less automated than our products, which is where this role comes in. You will own internal productivity as a measurable outcome, not a theoretical initiative. Your job is to find where hours, cash, and margins leak, determine whether the fix requires automation, a system-of-record change, or deleting a redundant process, and execute the solution. You will build solutions directly using n8n, Claude, or whatever tool the problem requires. You will also partner with designated process owners across Commercial, Product, Operations, Finance, and R&D to implement changes within their teams.…
