Responsibilities Act as the primary support partner to Relationship Managers (RMs) for day-to-day client servicing activities. Manage and respond to client and RM requests related to account maintenance, documentation, balances, statements, products and services. Support new account openings by preparing and reviewing complete client documentation packs for onboarding. Coordinate with CLM, AFC, KYC, Onboarding and other control functions to ensure timely completion of client requirements. Monitor and resolve documentation deficiencies and regulatory requirements to support risk and compliance standards. Ensure all client account-related operational activities are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.…
