Your team As part of the Switzerland / COO you will join Digital Business Transformation / Transformation Office Team, which plays a key role translating strategic priorities into a value-driven transformation portfolio and orchestrating portfolio execution through a strategic Programme Management Office (PMO). The team ensures effective governance across steering, demand management, design, and delivery while providing holistic, outcome-oriented reporting on the Bank’s change portfolio. The Transformation Office also supports the Digital Business Transformation (DBT) unit in strategic communications to the Group Wealth Management Committee (GWMC), Executive Board (ExB), and Board of Directors (BoD).
