As the Crypto business is growing at IMC, we need to ensure that our post-trade processes are as scalable and efficient as possible. Hence, we are looking for a Mid Office Associate to play an important role, assisting on day-to-day post-trade operations and gathering business requirements from various stakeholders and working with developers to improve processes. Note that this is an onsite role in Zug, Switzerland, with very limited flexibility for working from home. Your Core Responsibilities: Perform daily reconciliation of positions, trades, and cash/token balances across centralized exchanges (CeFi), decentralized protocols (DeFi), and OTC counterparties.…
