Team mission UX Research at GetYourGuide is responsible for understanding all the users we serve, the problems we solve for them, and maximizing their trust, so that decisions across product, design, and business are grounded in evidence rather than assumptions. The team combines hands-on research with the systems, tools, and processes that enable researchers and cross-functional partners to move faster and act on insights with confidence. Within the Product and UX organisation, the Research Programs & Operations function owns the infrastructure behind that work: knowledge management, recruitment, tooling, and governance. This role will sit at the center of that function, building the programs and AI-assisted workflows that let the wider research practice scale without sacrificing quality.…
