Reporting to the Design Manager, you will own and develop the design system across our website and digital media, ensuring consistent, accessible and scalable digital experiences. Working closely with UX/UI designers, developers and other stakeholders, you will create and maintain components, templates and guidelines, translate needs into practical solutions, and ensure their correct implementation. You will also drive the adoption and continuous improvement of the design system across teams. Excellent Figma skills and strong knowledge of design system methodologies are required; familiarity with HTML, CSS and component architecture is a plus.
