Dein Verantwortungsbereich: Freundlicher, professioneller Empfang und erste Ansprechperson für Patient*innen Selbstständige Verwaltung des Terminwesens inkl. Konfliktlösung Identifikation und Verbesserung administrativer Abläufe Sicherstellung vollständiger und datenschutzkonformer Patientendokumentation Optimierung der Patientenkommunikation (z. B. durch automatisierte Erinnerungen) Unterstützung neuer Teammitglieder im Onboarding Enge Zusammenarbeit mit medizinischem Fachpersonal für eine koordinierte Versorgung Praktische Unterstützung im Praxisalltag durch Blutabnahmen sowie Blutdruck- und BMI-Messungen…
