Key Responsibilities - Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end (onboarding, offboarding, approvals, contracts, probation and review cycles) - Own our HR system on the People side: configure features, automate workflows, keep data quality high, and be the go-to expert for the team - Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on People topics - Lead People projects from concept to rollout (e.g., engagement, performance, policies, culture initiatives) - Handle day-to-day HR administration across our European and US teams - Build People dashboards and reports that support data-driven decisions Requirements - Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field - Some practical experience from internships or working student roles, ideally in HR or People Operations -…
