In Ihrer Funktion als Leiter Sicherheitsdienst tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die Sicherheitsorganisation an drei Standorten in Zürich und führen ein Team von neun Mitarbeitenden (9 FTE). Sie stellen den umfassenden Schutz von Personen, Gebäuden und Veranstaltungen sowie den zuverlässigen Betrieb der Alarmzentrale sicher. Zudem entwickeln Sie bedarfsgerechte Sicherheits- und Einsatzkonzepte, analysieren Risiken und setzen nachhaltige Massnahmen zur Prävention und Gefahrenabwehr zum Schutz der Bank um.
