GENERAL MISSION: As part of Hermès Switzerland and Central Europe's strategy, you will manage and develop your store by: - Leading a team to offer our customers personalized and exceptional service - Developing and retaining a local and international customer base - Optimizing operations management in accordance with internal procedures You will work closely with the subsidiary's support functions and act in an exemplary manner, putting the customer at the heart of your concerns.
