Als Projektleiter Maschinenbau (w/m/div.) klärst du beim Beginn eines Projekts das Ziel, das Budget und die Projektlaufzeiten bzw. Fertigstellungstermine. Du planst die einzelnen Schritte, verteilst Aufgaben, koordinierst die Projektteams und motivierst diese. Bei der Durchführung von Projekten achtest du darauf, Teilschritte termingerecht zu erreichen sowie Qualitätsanforderungen und Budget einzuhalten. Du erklärst deinen Teammitgliedern die Aufgaben und Ziele. Ebenso informierst du die Auftraggebende und Vorgesetzte über den Stand der Projekte. Du dokumentierst alle Schritte und erstellst nach Projektende die Abschlussdokumentationen.…
