V otre Rôle En tant que responsable de plusieurs lignes de conditionnement, vous encadrez une équipe de 10 à 20 opérateurs internes et externes, incluant les Line Leaders. Au quotidien, vous planifiez et contrôlez les opérations de conditionnement dans le respect des bases EHS et des normes BPF, tout en garantissant le respect des délais de production pour assurer nos livraisons. En véritable ambassadeur de l’amélioration continue et du Lean Manufacturing, vous pilotez l’optimisation des operations avec votre équipe. Vous définissez et déployez la feuille de route pour accroitre l’OEE et la productivité de vos lignes de conditionnement.…
