Your mission GetYourGuide's On-Trip product group owns the entire post-booking experience: from the moment a traveler completes checkout through fulfillment, supplier coordination, to agentic care resolution. As GPM, you will lead a group of product managers, set strategy, coach a high-performing team, and drive measurable outcomes on some of the highest-leverage surfaces in the business. What you'll own: On-Trip Domain Fulfillment (contextual UX, self-service, modification and cancellation), AI Resolution (unified care and chat automation, currently resolving ~20% of contacts with AI), and Supplier-Traveler Coordination (off-platform observability, supplier messaging, and coordination tooling).
