Lead transformational technology consulting engagements: Technology Strategy & Assessment Digital, AI and technology-enabled business transformation Transformational Technology Program Management Design and improvement of IT Operating Models (people, process, tools and governance) Technology Sourcing and vendor strategy Cloud, infrastructure and IT service management transformation ServiceNow and Microsoft technologies advisory Lead multi-disciplinary teams and complex workstreams, providing direction, coaching and quality assurance to managers and consultants.…
