To support this expansion, our Finance Optimization team is seeking a Manager to join us in Basel, Zurich or Geneva. Role Overview As a Manager, you will lead client engagements and multidisciplinary teams across digital finance transformation programmes. You will take ownership of workstreams, manage stakeholders and ensure the delivery of high‑quality outputs. Your Key Responsibilities Lead digital finance transformation engagements including ERP/EPM programmes, automation use cases, and finance data & analytics workstreams. Analyze and improve end-to-end finance processes (e.g., R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A), translating business requirements into clear process designs and functional specifications. Guide and mentor project teams to ensure quality and effective collaboration.…
